Youth Human Capital Valuation – Youth Skills Survey 2022

The research study seeks to identify the strengths and weaknesses of youth skill development among Caribbean Youth ages 16-29 in the areas of Foundational Skills, Digital Skills, Job Specific Skills and Entrepreneurial Skills in order to develop strategies that build upon existing skills or motivate our youth to acquire relevant skills in globally competitive, emerging fields.

The 2020 Footprints: Students for Development Campaign

The 2019/20 annual regional student giving campaign dubbed ‘Footprints’ which seeks to foster ‘Pelican Pride’ and engenders the tradition of giving back to our Alma Mater, The UWI.

This program gave students the platform to share their cultures, their experiences with a similar student from another UWI Campus with the ultimate aim to enhance regional integration among Caribbean Islands forming a stronger unit for the future.
