“CARICOM Caribbean Nations through COMMUNICATION”

Ever wondered about what was happening on the other UWI Campuses? Or how they were enjoying their experience?

What’s your PenPal’s Story and which of your Caribbean folk characters do they remind you of?

Do they remind you of Mami Wata, Baccoo, Jumbie, Papa Bois or even the Loup Garou?

This program, ‘CARI-YOU PENPAL-COM’, still active today, gives students the platform to share their cultures, their experiences with a similar student from another UWI Campus. Standing as the first ever multi-campus CARICOM initiative involving inter-campus pairs to enhance integration (150 students total from the campuses involved), its ultimate aim is to enhance regional integration among Caribbean Islands forming a stronger unit for the future.
